Ash Technologies Ltd. receives ISO9001 certification.
Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland — Ash Technologies Ltd, a leading global designer and
manufacturer of electronic magnification products for the global low vision community,
today announced that its research, design and manufacturing facility in Naas, has
successfully passed the audit for certification to the ISO 9001 quality system.
The receipt of ISO 9001:2008 certification, the most widely recognized international
standard for quality management systems, is an important step in maintaining a leadership
position in the electronic magnification industry. ISO 9001 is a program of standards
for quality assurance, quality management and continuous improvement in place to cover
the design, development, manufacturing, service and support of Ash Technologies products.

Ash Technologies received its ISO 9001:2008 registration from National Quality Assurance,
an accredited registrar that performs assessments of management systems against requirements
of national and international standards for quality. NQA was chosen because of its broad
industrial, manufacturing, and distribution expertise.
